Village of Virginia Gardens Law Enforcement Vehicle Upgrades

The Village of Virginia Gardens is requesting federal financial assistance to replace six existing law enforcement vehicles. Funding will enable the Village’s Police Department to purchase six new electric vehicles to replace the aging and ineffective current vehicles. The new energy-efficient trucks will not only enhance the Department’s law enforcement and emergency response capabilities but also reduce carbon emissions, furthering sustainability.
