Technical Improvements at the DeSoto Regional Jail

This public safety project is vital to ensuring the health and safety of the DeSoto Regional Jail inmate population and its staff. The requested grant funding will be used to pay for technical improvements to the DeSoto Regional Jail audio visual system and intercom system. The proposed improvements will include the replacement of the jail's current analog communication system used for communication between inmates and jail staff, as well as, the internal video/audio monitoring system.
