AIM Youthful Offender Court

Achieve, Inspire, Motivate (AIM) Court, an Adult Specialty Court in Dallas County certified by the Criminal Justice Division of the Texas Office of the Governor, offers a transformative program tailored for young adults facing their first felony charge(s). A pre-adjudication program, Achieve, Inspire, Motivate Specialty Court intercepts cases early, paving the way for successful completion, dismissal of charges, and immediate eligibility for expunction, sparing participants the burden of a felony conviction. This program aims to bolster court services.
