Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2024, $1,696,364)

The FY 2024 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) - State of Utah Formula Grant Program offers federal resources to enhance Utah’s criminal justice system.  Funds for this program will be activated beginning 10/1/2024 through 9/30/2027. The Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice (CCJJ) serves as the designated State Administrative Agency (SAA) for the Utah JAG grant program.  The Commission of CCJJ serves as the governing body for the Utah JAG program.  CCJJ is applying for an $1,696,364 in 2024 JAG formula grant funding to be awarded to units of state and local government and private providers of criminal justice services.
