Improve law enforcement capabilities.

The City of Wichita Falls will use awarded JAG funds to purchase a "Police Cruiser"  Utility Tasked Vehicle (UTV)  to bolster patrol capabilities and increase security response times during disaster-related emergencies; active shooter scenarios; hostage or other search and rescue operations; or anti-terrorism preparedness, protection, prevention, response, recovery, or relief.

The disparate jurisdiction of Wichita County will use awarded JAG funds to purchase training equipment to better prepare deputies for active shooter incidents by providing proper training equipment and all necessary safety equipment.
