The City of Kalamazoo will utilize the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2024 Local Solicitation to purchase in-car cameras for front-line patrol vehicles. This proposed purchase will provide for transparency and legitimacy within the community.
The disparate jurisdiction of the County of Kalamazoo will utilize the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2024 Local Solicitation to purchase license plate readers. The proposed license plate readers will allow for the identification and apprehension of those responsible for criminal activity in the community.
