Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2021, $400,000)
The Klamath Tribes will expand their existing Juvenile Healing to Wellness Program to serve more youth, strengthen relationships with other courts, agencies, and support service providers, and expand the methods in which the Tribes address juvenile healing to wellness. The Klamath Tribes’ Healing to Wellness Court project focuses on treatment and intervention. This project will leverage resources through complementary programs, including referrals from Klamath County Court and partnerships with the Youth Initiative, Klamath Tribal Health, and the new Wellness Center.
