The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska will enhance the capacity of the Winnebago Juvenile Tribal Healing to Wellness Court to respond to the alcohol-related issues of Tribal youth who are younger than age 21 who are involved with the Tribal juvenile justice system. The Juvenile Tribal Healing to Wellness Court will offer the youth services that will adequately address the gaps in services and support youth who are willing to break the cycles of alcohol and drug use through positive life-long choices.
