The Morongo Band of Mission Indians will complete a Tribal youth Strategic plan for the Morongo Tribal youth. The Tribe will hire a part time planning manager and purchase necessary office supplies. The Planner and core planning group will work closely with Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Training and Technical Assistance to complete the strategic plan over 24 months, starting October 1, 2023.
