The Intertribal Court of Southern California (ICSC) Healing to Wellness Program began development in 2018. ICSC will enhance their current program by continuing to support at-risk youth, improve intergovernmental relations and agreements, utilize culturally relevant and trauma-informed court processes, refine code and policy needs, address staffing needs and concerns, implement better use of partner resources, and increase family and community involvement.
