The Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians will meet the needs of high-risk youth involved in substance abuse and alcohol abuse by implementing a Youth Healing to Wellness Court. The court will serve youth who need an alternative to entering the criminal system and prevent them from developing significant alcohol and drug abuse issues later in life.
