Education and Enforcement of the Antidiscrimination Provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act

The Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs (AFOP) will educate migrant and seasonal farmworkers and agricultural employers about the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Using a rigorous training curriculum and targeted radio campaign, this project will inform both groups about how to report and correct alleged violations of this provision. Grant funds will be used to support project staff, conferences and training costs, and project supplies.
