This project is authorized and funded through a line item in the FY 08 Congressional Budget. Funds should be used for purposes recommended by Congress.

They will maintain, enhance, and change existing services through the dissemination, evaluation, and further institutionalization of on-line curriculum toolboxes; national conferences; networking opportunities; publications; public and private sector coordination concerning court technology products and services; and outreach to local trial courts as well as national, regional and state based organizations, all of which serve local trial courts.
