The City of Claremont, New Hampshire will achieve greater involvement of Claremont's at-risk youth, ages 5-18, in preventive activities. These activities include organized recreational programming, featuring more positive interaction with concerned adults, enhanced cooperation through team participation, and improved confidence and self-esteem developed through individual pursuits conducted in a safe, well-supervised, properly equipped setting. They will implement the Access4All project plan to help ensure that at-risk youth benefit fully from existing Claremont Parks & Recreation facilities and programs.
