The Council of State Governments will work with the Bureau of Justice Assistance to enhance the capacity of the criminal justice system to share information across jurisdictions at all levels of government. Funding will be used to procure the services of a technical assistance provider and to deliver technical assistance for participating agencies. Additionally, a working group will be created to elicit information needed to create Justice Reference Architecture service specifications and guidelines that will be disseminated via American Probation and Parole Association's Web site as well as posting to the Information Exchange Package Documentation Clearinghouse Web site.
