Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2014, $100,000)
The National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) will continue to promote state government collaboration and information exchange through the NASCIO Enterprise Architecture and Governance Program, Enterprise Architecture Collaborative (EAC) and other means. They will continue to support ongoing collaboration of state chief information officers, and national and state initiatives related to justice information sharing, policy, and implementation activities. NASCIO will promote information sharing solutions and best practices across the state CIO community; develop and disseminate publications/issue briefs related to the use and implementation of Global solutions; and provided active participation by NASCIO staff and state information technology leadership in activities such as the Department of Justice's Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative, National Information Exchange Model justice-related domains, and National Governor's Association Policy Academies.
