These funds will be used to enhance and improve this coordinated effort by Cass County, the City of Fargo and the City of West Fargo through equipment purchases over the next four years. The City of West Fargo has been named as the fiscal agent and will use the funds for video and ballistic equipment purchases. The City of Fargo will use the funds to cover for narcotics investigations which target drug offenders. The goal of the funding is to increase the availability of narcotics investigators to conduct ongoing investigations of drug offenders. Cass County has opted to not receive a portion of these funds.
