The Executive Office of the State of Kansas, Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, will utilize the FY14 Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reallocation funds to support the Kansas Department of Corrections. Funds will be utilized to implement PREA requirements to certify full compliance with national standards for one-third of Kansas' Youth Residential Centers through the completion of DOJ certified PREA audits.
