The Missouri Department of Public Safety will use their FY14 PREA Reallocation grant to partner with the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (MCADSV) to coordinate advocacy services to comply with PREA standards (evidence protocol and forensic medical exams and inmate access to outside confidential support services) and to partner with the Midwest Consortium to allow the states to audit each other's prisons to comply with the PREA standards
