The recipient will utilize PREA reallocation funds to subaward to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to conduct a PREA audit of up to seven facilities and to the Office of Juvenile Affairs for one (1) facility audit. The audits will be provided by a DOJ Certified PREA Auditor and/or the American Corrections Association.
