Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2014, $63,967)

The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Intergovernmental Services, will utilize the FY14 Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reallocation funds to support the Arkansas Department of Corrections and the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections. Funds will be utilized to implement PREA requirements to certify full compliance with national standards to prevent, detect, and respond to prison rape. NCA/NCF
