The Cobb County Medical Examiners Office (CCMEO) will hire two (2) medicolegal death investigators who will acquire or advance their American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators (ABMDI) certification through award funding. By providing the CCMEO funding, the office will gain the investigative staff it needs to improve service to the county and move closer to obtaining NAME accreditation.
