The Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grants Program - Formula (the Coverdell program), awards grants to states and units of local government to improve forensic science and medical examiner/ coroner services. State Administering Agencies (SAAs) may apply for both formula and competitive funds.
The Coverdell program provides funding to states to improve forensic science and medical examiner/coroner services, including services provided by laboratories operated by states and units of local government.
