The Research and Evaluation Component (Envisage Research and Analytics) of the approved original proposal is being deleted the program.  Funds allocated for the Research and Evaluation Component are being reallocated to Overtime for the Rapid Response Team to respond to Gun Violence and Subrecipient (100 Black Men)  to conduct Community Outreach.
