Through this opportunity, the Bureau of Justice Assistance seeks applications for funding to enhance veterans treatment court services to include coordination, management of veterans treatment court participants, and recovery support services. This program provides resources to state, local, and federally recognized tribal governments to support drug court programs and systems for eligible veterans in the criminal justice system who have substance use disorders.
Eligible Applicants:
- For profit organizations other than small businesses
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions
- of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Small businesses
