FY24 National Ashanti Alert Network Training and Technical Assistance Program

This solicitation will build on the current training and technical assistance support for the National Ashanti Alert Program. This solicitation will also assist the Bureau of Justice Assistance in completing the elements set forth in the Ashanti Alert Act for the development, implementation, and maintenance of this national alert system to assist with the reporting and location of missing adults over the age of 17.

Eligible Applicants:

• Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
• Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
• Native American tribal organizations (other than federally recognized tribal governments)
• Native American tribal governments (federally recognized)
• For-profit organizations other than small businesses
• Small businesses
