FY24 Invited to Apply—National Decertification Index (NDI)

With this non-competitive solicitation, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) seeks to request one application to support state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice agencies and communities.  

Eligible Applicants:

Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning the National Decertification Index are able and eligible to apply. Applications will only be accepted from the following: 

• International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training
