Serving Safely: Enhancing Policing for Persons with MI and DD Webinar
On February 13, 2019, BJA, in partnership with the Vera Institute of Justice, presented this webinar to provide participants with an overview of Serving Safely: The National Initiative to Enhance Policing for Persons with Mental Illnesses and Developmental Disabilities. The webinar described the types of assistance available, introduced the multidisciplinary project team responding to these requests, and highlighted new product development.
