The fiscal year 2024 Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) Program application period is now open and accepting applications. All applications must be submitted online by 6 p.m. ET on Monday, June 10, 2024.
Created by the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Act of 1998 and administered by the Bureau of Justice Assistance, the BVP Program reimburses states, units of local government, and federally recognized Indian tribes for up to 50 percent of the cost of body armor vests purchased for law enforcement officers.
