The virtual 2020 Destination Zero Conference for Officer Safety and Wellness will take place on November 10, starting at 11 a.m. ET. A program of the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum, Destination Zero is designed to help agencies improve the health and safety of law enforcement officers across the county.
The workshops available during this year’s event are designed to assist agencies with beginning or enhancing their local initiatives to keep officers safe, mentally and physically healthy, and emotionally resilient. Additionally, on behalf of BJA, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Katharine T. Sullivan will present the 2020 Safety and Wellness Awards to the recipients during the event.
