The FY 2021 Intellectual Property Enforcement Program: Protecting Public Health, Safety, and the Economy from Counterfeit Goods and Product Piracy funding opportunity is now available.

It is designed to improve the capacity of criminal justice systems to address IP enforcement, including prosecution, prevention, and training and technical assistance.
