The FY24 Second Chance Act Smart Supervision Program funding opportunity is now available.
The Smart Supervision Program provides grants to improve the capacity and effectiveness of probation and parole agencies to increase supervision success rates by more effectively addressing individuals’ risk and needs and reducing recidivism. This program facilitates policy and practice changes by community supervision agencies that address drivers of high rates of incarceration, supervision, and disparities.
