BJA is currently seeking potential candidates for a Grants Management Specialist (Forensics).
Some of the responsibilities associated with this position are to:
- evaluate and recommend actions on concept papers, applications for funding, and related matters
- negotiate technical aspects of criminal justice programs on federal grants, contracts, and agreements to ensure greatest potential for success and impact of vital forensics programs
- provide expert advice and guidance on grant and/or cooperative agreement-related projects and programs
- research and prepare analysis on justice program issues
