The National Association of Counties is working with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to host a series of listening sessions aimed at understanding how county elected officials and justice leaders can effectively partner with local substance use prevention organizations.
The goal is to gather insights from both representatives of a justice board/council and a substance use prevention organization collaborating in a single community. This is a unique opportunity to share your experience and feedback directly with BJA and SAMHSA representatives.
If you are interested in this opportunity, email Meg Siwek at [email protected] by September 16, 2023, for more information.
