This program provides funding to support comprehensive community-based approaches to addressing hate crimes that promote community awareness and preparedness, increase victim reporting, and improve responses to hate crimes.

This program assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in preventing and reducing intellectual property (IP) theft and related crime and supports law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting IP crime and reducing violent crime associated with IP cases and investigations.

This opportunity will be used to help form partnerships with national training and technical assistance providers to offer key support, expertise, and coaching to states, prosecutors, and defense counsel in capital cases.

This program provides funding to conduct outreach and offer training on identifying hate crimes, as well as to investigate and prosecute hate crimes.

This program provides funding to state, local, and tribal law enforcement and prosecution agencies to support activities and expenses associated with the investigation and prosecution of cold case murders involving civil rights violations, as authorized by the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Reauthorization Act of 2016.
