Prosecution

The purpose of this solicitation is to fund national in-scope training and technical assistance efforts to support law enforcement, prosecution, and analysis within key criminal justice operations.

This program assists state, local, and tribal law enforcement with enhancing their investigative and prosecutorial resources to improve their ability to hold violent gun offenders accountable and reduce violent crime.

This program will support national training and technical assistance to build the capacities of state, local, and tribal law enforcement and prosecution agencies to work closely with victims and community-and school-based partners to conduct outreach on hate crimes, offer training on them, and to investigate and prosecute hate crimes.

This program provides funding to conduct outreach and offer training on hate crimes, as well as investigate and prosecute hate crimes.

This program supports efforts of state, local, and tribal law enforcement and prosecution agencies and their partners in developing comprehensive approaches to address a precipitous increase in hate crimes.

This program serves to improve: (1) state and local jurisdictions’ capacities to respond to violent crime and (2) the functioning of the criminal justice system through the investigation and prosecution of cases resulting from sexual assault kit evidence and the collection of lawfully owed DNA.

This program increases the capacity of state and local prosecution offices to address violent crime cold cases.

The goals of this solicitation are to: 1) Prosecute violent crime cold cases where a suspect has been identified and 2) Decrease the number of unresolved violent crime cold cases.
