BJA administers the Public Safety Officer Medal of Valor, the highest national award for valor by a public safety officer. Public safety officers (firefighters, emergency services officers, and law enforcement officers) who serve at the federal, state, local, and tribal levels may be nominated.
Nominations are due by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
