This webinar features three prosecutors with years of collective experience as trial attorneys: Chief Felony Prosecutor Nick Lawrance of the Collin County, TX District Attorney; Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Mary Barbosa of the King County, WA Prosecuting Attorney’s Office; and First Assistant Jeff Howes of the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office in Portland, OR.

This panel will speak about what their jurisdictions have done to move forward with jury trials in this unprecedented time of social distancing and change, all while providing insights, lessons learned, and tangible examples that attendees may bring back to their jurisdictions and apply. Audience members may engage and ask questions of the presenters.
