Implementing BWC Technology in a Small Agency

This webinar will present challenges and lessons learned associated with implementing a body-worn camera (BWC) program in a small agency. In a small agency, often one or just a few people are responsible for implementing the BWC program, which can present challenges implementing aspects of the program that often require specific knowledge (e.g., IT, community engagement, public release of video, and discovery requests).

BWC TTA Senior Advisor, Tom Woodmansee, will facilitate a conversation with three BWC TTA leads — Assistant Chief Orlando Cuevas (ret.), Director Geoff Smith (ret.), and Shellie Solomon — on their experiencing helping small agencies overcome these challenges and implement successful BWC programs through the BWC PIP.
