Leading by Legacy: Leadership and Managerial Training for First Line Supervisors, Command Staff, and Executives from Smaller Law Enforcement Agencies Project

The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) under the 2012 Leading by Legacy Project will implement the following program: "Leading by Legacy: Leadership and Managerial Training for First Line Supervisors, Command Staff, and Executives from Small Law Enforcement Agencies."

IACP will continue the established efforts of the Leading by Legacy Program, while integrating and providing a platform for a new training concept entitled, "Blue Courage: The Heart and Mind of the Guardian." NCA/NCF
