The recipient will utilize Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program Reserve Funds to assist with the costs directly related to the mass shooting experienced by the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and the State of Nevada on October 1, 2017. The Nevada Department of Public Safety, as the State Administering Agency (SAA), is authorized to provide reimbursement to law enforcement agencies solely for costs directly incurred in support of their responses to the aforementioned incident in the Las Vegas area (no administrative costs will be permitted for this grant).
