Through this opportunity, the Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking applications for funding to provide information, support, and assistance to state, local, and tribal correctional agencies and facilities to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and sexual harassment and implement the National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards.
In general, the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) expects that a prospective applicant that is sent an OJP Invitation Letter regarding this opportunity will be eligible to receive funding as described in the invitation.
