FY 2023 Invited to Apply – Sex Offender and Registration Notification Act (SORNA) Reallocation Program

Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) Reallocation Program funds are to be used directly to advance SORNA implementation.

Eligible Applicants:

Applicants are limited to eligible State Administering Agencies (SAAs) for states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico that failed to substantially implement the SORNA portion of the Adam Walsh Act (34 U.S.C. § 20901, et seq.), requested to use 10 percent of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) funds to work toward compliance, and received a letter of invitation to apply.
