With this non-competitive solicitation, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) seeks to request applications from 11 cooperative agreement recipients that have been previously funded to support national-level corrections, reentry, and/or justice reform (CRJR) efforts. These projects have been funded to support state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice agencies, practitioners, and communities.
Eligible Applicants:
- Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning CRJR projects are able and eligible to apply. Some applicants will receive multiple invitations. Applications will only be accepted from the following:

- Center for Effective Public Policy
