With this non-competitive solicitation, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) seeks to request applications from 16 cooperative agreement recipients and one grantee that have been previously funded to support state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice agencies, courts, practitioners, and communities.
Eligible Applicants:
- Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning Courts, Communities, and Strategic Partnerships projects are able and eligible to apply. Some applicants will receive multiple invitations. Applications will only be accepted from the following:

- National Judicial College
- National Legal Aid and Defense Association

- Vermont Law School
