Chip Coldren, project director for the Bureau of Justice Assistances Body-Worn Camera Technical Assistance Program, interviews Deputy Attorney General Matthew Frawley of the criminal division of the Delaware Department of Justice to discuss Wilmington Police Department's body-worn camera pilot program and what it means for prosecutors. Deputy Attorney General Frawley discusses the Attorney General's Office efforts around planning and coordinating activities for the state-wide implementation of BWCs.

Episode 10: Technology Perspective with Oakland PD, CA

Todd Maxwell, a contractor with Booz Allen Hamilton working with BJA's Body-Worn Camera Team, interviews Oakland Police Department's Officer Burke to get a technology perspective on BWCs from an agency that uses on-site storage, but is considering cloud storage. Officer Burke was part of the BJA Expert Panel on Body Worn Cameras that helped form the BJA National Body-Worn Camera Toolkit.

Pat McCreary, Associate Deputy Director for the Bureau of Justice Assistance, interviews Arizona State University's Dr. Charles Katz to hear about his research on Body-Worn Cameras. Dr. Katz facilitated the Body-Worn Camera Expert Panel convening in Washington, DC, and contributed to BJA's National Body-Worn Toolkit by authoring the FAQs for the toolkit with Dr. Michael White.
