The State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management is the primary recipient and fiduciary agent for this award. Awarded funds will reimburse the town of Newtown, the town of Monroe, the Connecticut State Police, and eligible local governments for costs related to emergency responses to the Sandy Hook School shooting and costs necessary to restore public safety.
