With this solicitation, BJA seeks applications to fund a training and technical assistance provider to work in partnership with five states, local, and/or tribal criminal justice agencies or systems to address the use of fines and fees and ensure they are being imposed in a constitutional and nondiscriminatory way.

With this solicitation, BJA seeks applications for funding to prevent and reduce crime and enhance the criminal justice system through innovative approaches that accelerate justice by identifying, defining, and responding to emerging or chronic crime problems and systemic issues.

This program helps wrongful conviction entities, prosecutors, law enforcement, defense counsel, and courts identify actual perpetrators and develop training tools, policies, and procedures that can prevent wrongful convictions.

With this solicitation, BJA seeks providers to deliver a range of training and technical assistance, resources, and information to BJA-funded adult treatment courts, veterans treatment courts, community courts, and to the treatment court field at large, as well as to the statewide drug court coordinators who lead this work in their states.

This program provides funding to conduct outreach, educate practitioners and the public, enhance victim reporting tools, and investigate and prosecute hate crimes committed on the basis of a victim’s perceived or actual race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability.

This program provides funding to state, local, and tribal law enforcement and prosecution agencies to support activities and expenses associated with the investigation and prosecution of cold case murders involving civil rights violations.

With this solicitation, BJA seeks to fund an accredited university of higher education or law school to manage and expand the work of the National Center on Restorative Justice.
