Prosecutors

With this solicitation, BJA seeks to provide state/local prosecutors and local law enforcement agencies who have participated in the National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) with funding to secure necessary resources identified in the PSP program assessments that will help reduce crime and increase public safety and trust in the criminal justice system.

This opportunity is to select one provider to deliver a wide range of training and technical assistance services to prosecutorial agencies participating in the Innovative Prosecution Solutions Program.

This opportunity supports efforts to bring together federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement officials, prosecutors, community-based partners, and other stakeholders to identify the most pressing violent crime problems in a community and develop comprehensive solutions to address them.

This program provides funding to law enforcement agencies, prosecutors’ offices, and correctional agencies performing law enforcement functions to purchase or lease body-worn cameras (BWCs) to establish or expand comprehensive body-worn camera programs with a specific and demonstrated plan to implement this technology to maximize the benefits of BWCs.

This program helps to address the issue and impact of unsubmitted sexual assault kits (SAKs) in law enforcement agencies as well as other violent crime cold cases.

This program provides assistance to prosecutors to develop innovative and effective strategies to improve public safety.

This program provides funding for student loan repayment assistance for local, state, and federal public defenders and local and state prosecutors who commit to extended service in those roles.

This program provides funding to law enforcement agencies seeking to purchase body-worn cameras (BWCs) to establish or expand comprehensive body-worn camera programs with a specific and demonstrated plan to implement this technology to maximize the benefits of BWCs.
