Tribal Civil and Criminal Legal Assistance (TCCLA) Program
The TCCLA goals are to enhance the operations of tribal justice systems and improve access to those systems; and provide training and technical assistance for development and enhancement of tribal justice systems.
Tribal Justice Systems Infrastructure Program (TJSIP)
TJSIP assists tribes in developing effective strategies to cost effectively renovate, expand, or replace existing facilities associated with the incarceration and rehabilitation of juvenile and adult offenders subject to tribal jurisdiction.

The overall purpose of this program is to provide key funding to tribal justice systems to develop, support, and enhance adult tribal justice systems and prevent violent crime and crime related to opioid, alcohol, and other substance abuse.

Veterans Treatment Court Grant Program
The Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) Grant Program provides financial and technical assistance to states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Indian tribal governments to implement or enhance the operations of VTCs.
Violent Offender Incarceration and Truth-in-Sentencing (VOI/TIS) Incentive Program
VOI/TIS grant funds allowed states to build or expand correctional facilities to increase the bed capacity for the confinement of persons convicted of Part 1 violent crimes or adjudicated delinquents for an act that, if committed by an adult, would be a Part 1 violent crime.
